« I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. "I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent welcome during my two-night stay at your magnificent 5-star hotel. Everything was perfect â spotless cleanliness, very friendly staff, and a great location close to the airport with a free shuttle service.
I especially appreciated your responsiveness: despite my late arrival, you quickly and efficiently arranged for the shuttle to pick me up. When I arrived, my room was ready and waiting with a plate of fresh fruit and some delicious welcome treats â a lovely gesture that meant a lot to me.
The common areas like the pool and garden are very well maintained. As for the food, while Egyptian cuisine isnât usually my favorite, I found the meals to be varied and tasty.
I absolutely recommend your hotel 1000%, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for everything!"
