« This is a very new resort and the construction of additional buildings is still ongoing. The main hotel has a swimming pool, a restaurant, airconditioned rooms, comfortable beds and basic amenities. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. The beach resort is expansive but the water can be rough at times which is ideal I think for surfers. You have to use google, apple or waze to direct you to the place as it is situated in the interior part of the neighborhood area . Limited dining places...

« It wasn’t stated on which property we’ll stay upon booking. Only to find out on check in that it’s at the original/old building. Loud knocking pipes thru the wall all thru the night. We called the front desk, nobody came to check on it. The ceiling fan swirls hard that seems like it’s about to come off. »

« The bathroom has no ventilation so that things don't dry and rot. No chair, no table. No mosquito net, only very small window so if you want air you need to let the door open. The Wifi works in the lobby but does not reach the room. Most things in the room are very old and nearly broken. Close to the beach and the surf area, not too noisy. Friendly staff. Cleaning OK. »

Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!! »

« Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1.
