The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and an auxiliary kitchen table. In addition, this property has 2 bathrooms with bathtub and one with shower, and outside also has a toilet and pool shower.Outside we find large garden areas and 10x8 pool, delimited in 2 areas, one ideal for small children and also a pool area. It also has a terrace, porch and barbecue area with terrace furniture.In the vicinity you can find a supermarket about 250 meters away. The bar / restaurant is about 100 meters away and the nearest pharmacy is about 500 meters away.Licence: CAN GUAL ETV/5455Official check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. A deposit is required to secure booking.
