« De l'eau entrait par le plafond de la chambre et un employé a eu du mal à nous reloger; cependant, un autre a pu le faire. Il y avait un gros trou dans la literie. À l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il y avait une senteur de fumée de cigarette et d'humilité dans la chambre. Un des deux employés n'était pas accueillant. »

« Room was very clean (and I'm a stickler for clean). The evening staff member was wonderful! Breakfast was better than the usual breakfast fare. Fresh fruit, normal hot foods, yogurt, PB, decaffeinated tea, etc. We've stayed here before and will do so again. No complaints by me. »
