The kindness of the personnel of the hotel Milo is exceptional.
Our room was spacious and newly renovated. The breakfast corner and the variety of food was very nice.
The hotel is well located as a walking distance of everything and very well surrounded by accommodation such as restaurants, convenience store, cocktail bar, beaches etc.

Poor start at reception when my reservation could not be found for some minutes. This is the first time in using hotels.com app this has ever happened ever, so I believe it was the reception staff not hotels.com.
Also there was an attempt to charge us for coffees at breakfast - as breakfast includes coffee only from a machine placed nowhere near the buffet - which we should know as they never have to tell anybody. So after being accused of being disrespectful of staff and rude it spoilt an otherwise great stay.
