âNice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. âThis property was well equipped and very clean. The spaces were comfortable and the location was great. We liked being away from all the tourist traps and enjoyed the private beach. The only glitch was they had a smart thermostat that had the fan locked in the on position. It ran 24/7 even when we didnt want it. When we contacted the owners we didnt get a response. Otherwise it was a great experience.â

âThe building was run down and needed a lot of updates. It didnt seem very welcoming. The room seemed clean when we first walked in untill you started looking more closely. The couch is DISGUSTING! stains all over it. We had to put sheets on it in order to sit on it. The one bedroom had lamps which both didnt work. Both bathrooms had hair and the whole place was grungy. The owner had lots of rules that they dont disclose BEFORE you rent the room. Parking is 40$ a night. Save your money and go ...

âThis unit was on the first floor. It lead right outside to tennis court and pool. Good location with easy access to everything. One downfall is that it is right next to garbage and dumpster collection. The unit was mostly clean but we did find clothes and linens left over from the previous guests. An email took care of that the next day. Overall happy with this place.â
