« The room when I first got there looked like they hadn’t changed the sheets and there was small bits of trash on the floor as if it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned and they cleaned it with new sheets and everything. »

« Hotel and breakfast staff were great. Always helpful and nice. Rooftop restaurant could have been better. The website didnt say anything about reservations but staff pushed it hard and didnt want to sit us until we stated we only wanted drinks. Lower restaurant was a little slow too. Gym was closed the whole time I was there which looked like it would have been great to use if they didnt have it closed. The wall paper was peeling in the hall way. The room was big spacious and clean. »

« The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

« Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »

« This hotel was very clean., Hotel was recently updated/remodeled. Plenty full parking, security cameras in hallway and parking lot. I was able to sleep well, knowing I was safe »

« Nice clean room. Spacious. Had all the needs of a traveler needed for us. Was close to the church we were going while traveling. Good location and reasonable priced. »

« The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

« A+ Hotel. Everything was really fantastic. The staff is so kind. The hotel as a whole is clean, spacious and well maintained. Bedding and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with everything you could want. The pool was clean and refreshing. Highly recommend. Thank you Staybridge. Our family had a wonderful stay. »
