Welcome to our modern downtown apartments in the heart of Indianapolis! These two separate stylish 1-bedroom units in the same building are perfect for exploring the city's nightlife and attractions. Each offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and Wi-Fi. Note: The heating/AC system is louder than average when running. If sensitive to sound, consider earplugs.

● We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $200 per month.



Guest Access:

This property offers seamless self check in process. After booking, you'll receive an invitation to complete the verification process.

This includes:

● Signing the rental agreement

● Uploading a photo ID and a quick selfie

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
