While smaller and more intimate than the main home, it delivers comfort, convenience, and modern touches throughout—perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking to explore Indianapolis with ease.



Guests will access the unit via one flight of stairs, arriving at a bright and thoughtfully arranged apartment. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a flatscreen TV, creating a cozy spot to unwind after a day in the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, essential cookware, and ample counter space, allowing guests to prepare meals just as they would at home.



The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with soft linens, ensuring a restful stay. A full bathroom with a spacious tub provides a relaxing place to refresh, and the convenience of in-unit laundry makes longer or more active trips simple and stress-free.



Parking is easy and flexible: guests have room for 1 car on the left side of the driveway, and ample free street parking available right out front.

Other Things to Note:

PLEASE PROVIDE AN AFFIRMATIVE RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING:



• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine)

• NO smoking inside the house or garage. Smoking outside is completely ok. ($500 fine)

• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)

• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.

• No pets - Any unauthorized pet is a ($500 fine)

•A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Shit happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.

• No bookings for guest under the age of 25

• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.

• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($40/hour fine)



Check out instructions:



1. Beds - Please strip all used beds or leave them unmade. If you choose to strip the bed, place the sheets on the mattress or in the laundry basket (if provided).

2. Dishes - Ensure all dishes are washed. Running the dishwasher is perfectly acceptable; just make sure to remove any food from the dishes before starting it.

3. Trash - Gather and throw away all trash. Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can or under the sink.

4. Refrigerator - Dispose of any leftover food in the refrigerator. Our cleaners will take any unopened food, beer, or water.

5. Towels (Optional but Appreciated) - If possible, please start a load of used towels in the washer. Use bleach on white loads only and use laundry detergent, and run the washer on hot.

6. Early Checkout - If you check out early, please send us a message so we can send our cleaners over. We will also send a message tomorrow; if you will be there until checkout time, feel free to ignore it.
