I need to start this out by saying this is not the unit we ended up being placed in, so I cannot comment on this particular listing.
We were moved to another location because of cleaner holiday availability. This is fine, because I know the area but may not be doable for those who are visiting Indianapolis entirely new.
Check in became a nightmare when I was told one unit number and access code through text, and a different through email. Luckily, communication was super fast- but if I did not have access to my email I would have checked into the wrong unit.
When we arrived at 9 pm on Christmas day- the key fab to utilize the elevator and get into the unit was missing from the set of keys. Luckily, someone was available by phone but what if they hadn't been?
I also had to dig through someone's mail to retrieve the parking pass I needed- which also ended up being a different space then the instructions.
I know the nature of staying in units like this always presents an opportunity for adventure- but this was not the one we were looking for. Ultimately the worst check-in experience I've had via a vacation rental site.
We eventually got in and everything else with the unit was fine-but I can imagine if someone was not as tech-savvy or well-traveled they may have been put in a really compromising situation.
