The Space:

A single-story home made for families and groups. The open-concept living room has a large Sony smart TV, comfortable seating, a sofa bed and easy access to the backyard. The indoor fireplace is decorative only.



The kitchen has a Keurig, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and a fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, plus an island that seats four. The dining table seats six.



Primary bedroom: King bed, smart TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet, with an en-suite bath that has a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan.

Media room: Queen sofa bed and smart TV, great for movie nights or kids.

Bathrooms: the primary en-suite, a guest bathroom with shower-tub combo and another full bathroom.



The garage is now an arcade game room with multiple full-size arcade machines, shuffleboard and a smart TV.



Out back, there's a private pool and spa, a Blackstone gas BBQ, outdoor dining, a fire pit, hanging egg chairs, lounge seating, a children's play area with outdoor toys and evening lighting.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours, including the private pool, spa, backyard, arcade game room and driveway.



Terra Lago HOA rules don't allow guests to use the community pool, lake, clubhouse or other shared amenities.



The Neighborhood:

You're inside gated Terra Lago, with peaceful desert surroundings. It works for festivals, golf or a quiet getaway.

Getting Around:

A car is the best way to explore Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert and the nearby desert towns. Palm Springs International Airport is about 35 minutes away. There's free driveway parking for two vehicles, as the garage is the game room. Street parking in Terra Lago needs a security safelist, so please read the parking details below.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool and spa for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Hot tub heating is complimentary. Small pets are $150 per animal.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not available for parking, as it is set up as a recreational space with arcade games. Street parking is only allowed when the driveway is full, and every vehicle parked on the street must be added to the Terra Lago security safelist. The safelist can only be done one night at a time (it cannot be registered for the full stay), so for multi-night stays our team needs to re-add the vehicle every day. The community limits safelist registrations to 10 per month, so if you expect to need street parking, please contact us before arrival with the vehicle's make, model, color and license plate. Vehicles parked on the street without being safelisted can be fined (up to $750) and/or towed, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - small pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. Additional fees may apply if extra cleaning is needed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The garage is air-conditioned with a mini-split system, so we kindly ask that the garage door is kept closed.



The pool is professionally cleaned weekly. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
