« Everything was nearly perfect, but I would have certainly not paid the extra charge for heating the pool as it was not clear that the pool and hot tub/spa could not be heated to temp at the same time. The only other minor inconvenience was that the sprinklers would come on in the middle of the day getting us and the area wet creating unsafe conditions for playing pickleball. Finally, ideally the trees could be trimmed to allow for a little more sun on the pool and patio. »

« House was beautiful, great location and very safe(gated community). Here are the issues that I was not happy with:1. The air conditioner return in the master bedroom was so loud, even with ear plugs we had trouble sleeping. Air filter was so dirty and caked up, I don’t know how that compressor was still running.
