« I booked the room on Expedia and the hotel would not honor the price on the website they charged me a 25% increase on the room. The room was on the second floor but not elevator we had to take the stairs and the hallway was so hot and stuffy when we got to the room it didn’t look like they cleaned it in awhile there was hair on the bathroom floor not to mention dust everywhere. »

« I didn't feel that the hotel matched the high rating it had on Expedia. The property was pretty newly renovated, but our room was pretty dated and had poor lighting in the bathroom and hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. There were cracked tiles in the elevator and in our bathroom. The breakfast was decent. »

Yes, they allowed dogs, BUT, it cost me MORE to have my dog there than it cost me for the room itself... When I walked in it was like walking I to a blast furnace it was so hot...it took forever for it to cool down...the shower head was so low it was at shoulder height so I didn't get to take a shower...there were 3...
