„The house was very roomy and had everything we needed. It was situated in a new subdivision and very close to most amenities that you might need. It was a quick drive to Barrie and Innisfil beach. The host was easy to get a hold of and ensured we had all the information we needed. We had our dog with us and she was quite happy with the place. There is a small yard for her to spend time outside as well. Overall we had a great stay at this house.“

„We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund.This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. Only small issues were getting the checkin info which I saw was to come a few days before and some confusion at checkin having 2 lockboxes on the door. Thanks!“
