« Super cool rental, fun but also realistic and got the job done! Good location & felt safe! Would def stay again! »

« Great place and very responsive host. »

« We had a group of five staying here, and it was great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay! »

« Very nice accommodations and clean. Wonderful for a group of 8 adults. »

« I hadn’t received the code by email beforehand. Cleaning wasn’t finished, and the previous guests' towels and sheets were in the washer-dryer. The kitchen cupboards were nearly empty; there wasn’t even a can opener. We had to buy one. There was a superb Napoleon BBQ, but several wasp nests in the yard, which really needed a major cleanup. The beds were okay. The appliances worked well. »

« We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. « We had a great stay here while in town for a wedding with our family. There was tons of space for everyone, the place was very clean, and the host communicated really well throughout our stay. Everything was easy and comfortable, and we’d definitely stay here again! »

« Bring extra socks and a sweater, it is cold in the basement unit. You can hear the kids upstairs as well, so bring earplugs for a good sleep. Otherwise, the hosts were very friendly, the place was clean, and they left us a parking spot, water bottles and 2 Made Good bars. 5 min drive to Nottsawaga Inn was great. »

« Place was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Host had everything we needed for our stay and communication was prompt. Would visit again. »

« This property is an amazing, family-friendly retreat located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The spacious unit is impeccably clean and features a fully equipped kitchen. The host provides outstanding, responsive service, making this an ideal choice for both short-term and long-term stays. Highly recommended. »

« Amazing stay for a girls getaway weekend! »

« Great little cottage, situated very close to ski hills and Coldwater. »

« We had a fantastic stay at The Mansion in Essa, Ontario. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together while still having enough space to spread out and relax, which made the house ideal for our large group of twelve. The location was excellent, with easy access to Barrie, Lake Simcoe, and many nearby activities. The home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the...
