  • An inviting, spacious place -The Giardino "Garden" studio is partially attached to our main guesthouse, yet feels separate - with a private deck entrance.

    Walk out onto your private deck for morning coffee, afternoon vino, use the Adirondack chair to relax or try the electric BBQ. This space offers high ceilings, with skylight and surround adjustable ceiling lightening – large picturesque windows that accentuates the open feel of this space. You can relax on the pillowed window seat, while relishing season garden views. Enjoy our comfy queen bed and loveseat to lounge energizing for your days adventures.

    A service cart offers a place for your treats along with an array of teas / coffee for your morning brew and find treats. A microwave, toaster, refrigerator, egg maker, blender, tea kettle, 5 cup coffee brewer, dishes and utensils and an electric BBQ on your private deck help make your stay cozy and comfy.

    A spacious glass enclosed shower will help to unwind your day while enjoying handcrafted natural soap and wholesome toiletries

    Aside from your private deck - the house has an amazing wrap around porch - your welcome to enjoy the porch swing or the many sitting areas.

    Both Cayuga and Seneca Lakes wine trails are close by- we are located between the lakes, in the Heart of the Finger Lakes. Taughannock Falls just 15 min and Watkins Glen just 25 min away. The perfect space combination to relax and refresh while while exploring the Finger Lakes.

    Note: 2027 For guests who enjoy cooking - enjoy an added studio feature.....a sink, cook plate & pans will be welcome addition to cook up an easy breakfast or dinner.

I loved my stay here! The hosts Gina and Tony have thought of everything one could possibly need. It’s a great location, with beautiful gardens and a private outdoor space to sit. The bed was sooo comfortable, and the banana nut muffins were the best I’ve ever had. Thanks Gina and Tony for a great stay!

This is the cutest, well thought out get away. So many special touches to include homemade muffins and specialty soaps and salt lamps. So close to the wineries and breweries and don’t forget Taughannock Falls. Loved it would definitely recommend

The property itself was very well maintained with a large variety of lush plants and blooming flowers absolutely erupting in late June. The house itself was spotless, well-furnished, and kept cool in the summer heat with the AC. The bathroom is clean and up to date. The kitchen is perfect for breakfasts or nights in with all the amenities that you could reasonably ask for. The couches and bed were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets for two. The experience was exceptional, it truly helped make our honeymoon feel special and luxurious. I cannot recommend the location or host enough. We will absolutely be returning for an anniversary or two!
