« I was there on April 11th, Saturday. At night it was about 9:30â10:00 pm. My room was on the ground floor. I heard guests from us stairs running and it was loud my ceiling was shaking i couldnât sleep.
I called front desk, and explained to him. He said he would go check it out. Then i hear the noise again it was worse i got scared i thought people upstairs were mad that u complained.
I then call the gentleman at the front desk again and told him i am from room 201.. he was like

« Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning.
Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other.
Other than that it was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast...

« We went for the night of the Morgan Wallen concert. We called to let them know we might not be able to get there by midnight, the show ended at 1140. They said they would make a note in our room reservation. However when we showed up the doors were locked and no one at the desk for 20 minutes and couldnât get a hold of anyone by phone. Needless to say our neighbors were loud and we were told they were tight on rooms, we reserved months ago. We wonât be staying there for our next concert. ...
