« This hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for a short trip to the Minneapolis-St Paul area. It was conveniently located for all the places we needed to go. (Essentially a quiet area, but very close to both Rt 52 and I-494. It was also walking distances to 4 or 5 decent places to eat, and we went to 2 nice parks that were within a 10 - 15 minute drive. (Including the Swing Bridge Park, at the site of an old Rail/Car bridge crossing the Mississippi from 1895 - 2010.) We had a nice 2...

« Property and building were poorly taken care of. Weeds all over . My thought right away upon entering was that if the outside area is full of weeds and garbage then what does the inside look like. I wasn’t far off, floors and other areas dirty and everything seemed cheap. »

« Une cuisinette sans aucun ustensiles ou assiette . Rien !! Pourquoi louer avec cuisinette s'il n'y a rien pour s'en servir . "Déjeuner" médiocre. Pain , gaufres décongelées et bagel . Rien d'autre , même pas de lait ou crème pour le café. Sérieusement c'est absurde »

« J'ai passé une semaine agréable à Woodspring Suites Minneapolis Airport. Le studio était propre, la literie confortable, l'emplacement calme. Le personnel est très réactif et à l'écoute. Je vous le recommande! »

« We arrived at the hotel and were told the elevator broke down the day before and would not be fixed anytime soon. In addition there were no rooms available on the first floor. We were a family of 10 people including grandparents, parents and 6 kids between the ages of 2 and 11. Our 2 year old grandchild has a broken leg and is in a brace so carrying her and her stroller up and down stairs for 4 days would have been a nightmare. They did offer us rooms at their sister hotel for the same price...

« Nous avions une chambre donnant sur deux routes à forte circulation et la chambre était très bruyante malgré la fenêtre fermée. Le couloir était très éclairé même la nuit et la porte laissait passer un éclairage important dans la chambre. Dans la chambre d'a côté, il y avait un chien qui jappait de temps en temps au moment de s'endormir. »

« My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors. »

« Do not stay here - the extra door lock is a chain that could easily be broken into. The site reeks of cigarette smoke and the rooms are in desperate need of upgrades - wall air/heating units don’t have a cord to plug in, toilets don’t flush, etc. »

« ROACH INFESTED! The guy at the desk acted as if he knew and immediately refunded me. I saw them within 5 minutes of entering the room, I went pee and left. Absolutely disgusting. On top of this the bathroom door had a couple holes in it. Wouldn’t recommend. »

« It was clean enough, and the price was great. The person at the desk was very helpful. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights each. One room had been updated and was nice. One had clearly not been updated and was rather dated- it also smelled like musty smoke. Be sure to ask about housekeeping, as they must not clean rooms or bring new towels unless you ask. Don't bother with "breakfast". Just a couple of toasters and bread or thawed out waffles. Overall, you get what you pay for. »

« The entrance hall was very dirty and some weird people were coming in and out. I had to wait for the longest time at the front desk as nobody was there. They offered to put me in another of their hotel. It seemed a bit more safer. Nevertheless someone had stolen the morning coffee...and the pot smell on my floor was horrible.....weird environment. I'll never go there again. »
