Un accueil agréable un peu aseptisé par les gestes anti Covid. Chambre spacieuse et moderne avec des petites idées deco sympa. Une belle literie et sans bruit. Parking pas au pied mais pas loin Bien placé dans la ville Et le bar est agréable !

Hôtel bien situé mais sans confort ni charme
Hôtel central à Inverness. Même si le hall et l’accueil sont de qualité il en est tout autrement pour les chambres. Mauvaise insonorisation, décoration froide, literie molle, ... Il n’y a pas de parking réservé pour l’hôtel. Il faut se garer au parking public payant situé à quelques centaines de mètres.

Très tres moyen.
L'hôtel sympa en rez-de-chaussée avec bar et billard. Du reste c'est à revoir. La literie n'est pas qualitative. La douche très mal faite!!! En une douche de 5 min la salle de bain et les toilettes étaient inondés car le carrelage a mal était posé. Il manquait des serviettes de bain et les accessoires de bain. On a du les demander à 2 reprises. De plus notre chambre communiquait avec une autre chambre par une double porte... l'isolation étant inexistante nous avions l'impression d'avoir du monde avec nous! Et les types d'en face ne faisaient que parler normalement, ouvrir leurs valises, se sécher les cheveux. On aurait pu partager leur conversation sans problème. Donc ensemble très décevant pour un hôtel qui se veut de standing.

Not worth the price.
We booked this hotel on-line and the pictures looked fabulous. When we got there we realized that the lobby is a dance bar and that as a hotel guest you had to wait in line behind the people who were ordering drinks when you were booking in or out or had questions. Not very convenient. This was the most expensive hotel for our 2 week trip and we ended up with the room which was laid out for handicapped people. All the furniture was too low and the toilet was too high. Not much fun being on your knees to make your coffee in the morning. When I complained they said that this was the only one they had left. They did offer us a free breakfast, which was very good.

Pas mal, mais un peu déçu des chambres.
Notre nuit a été bonne, et le personnel très aimable. Le bémol vient de la qualité des chambres : assez sonores (lino par terre au lieu d'une moquette qui étouffe les bruits de pas), et une double porte qui mène à la chambre d'à côté, ce qui nous a donné l'impression de dormir dans la meme pièce que nos voisins (charmants au demeurant). Sinon, très bien, propre, service de films a la demande a la télé...

The hotel was nice inside and the staff was very helpful, however they have a bar open 24hrs and we were on the first floor and could not sleep. They were people drinking until 3:00 in morning laughing and talking really loud. Bed was really hard and the pillow s were terrible woke up with neck pain. I don’t think it is worth it for the price.

Could not fault this hotel! Great value for money. Amazing staff. 12pm check out!! Spacious rooms and very clean. 5 minute walk to train station and walkable to bars/restaurants etc. The shower was my favourite.

The Pentahotel Inverness is centrally located and surrounded by eateries, pubs, stores and historical landmarks. It is very convenient even if you only have a day or two to spend in Inverness. Both the bus and train station are located very close to the hotel.

We're pretty local and were using Penta as a base for a night out in town as the train connections late are rubbish. The hotel was super stylish, with a large bar in the middle, pool tables, and comfortably seating areas. Staff were very helpful and we had a very large room with an enormous bathroom. For the rate we paid (£60 for the night between us) it was an absolute bargain!

Do not stay here. They stole my money and cancelled my booking and were happy to do it! My partner and I got caught in a storm and there was no possible way to make our acomodation as all rail, highways, and flights were stopped. After informing the hotel that we would be heavily delayed, they informed us the booking could not be cancelled. So we told them we would arrive as soon as possible (They were paid in full). When we arrived we found out that they canceled our room, took full payment, refused a refund under any circumstances, and also never offered any kind of an apology. And sold our room to other guests. They never notified us that they cancelled the room and we still have no documentation that they did so, meaning we can’t even use our travel insurance for a refund. After reviewing the hotels terms and conditions. storms and flooding are grounds for a refund but they said that it’s not their problem and the manager Charlie angus was laughing that he doesn’t have to give us a refund because of a string of technicalities. He told us that the storm that caused a national emergency in Scotland was only a yellow level event and not a red level event so the terms of penta hotels don’t apply, he also told us that because we booked through Expedia his terms don’t apply, even tho Expedia also refused a refund because of penta hotels terms. Expedia should not offer these hotels on its service, they stole our money and were happy to do it.

Nice bar area extortion prices .Slow check in computer slow .Nice enough room but room not serviced from one night to next ,no teabags replaced no bin emptied no bed made so bit disappointing.Card only in bar no cash maybe just as well with the prices.

Overnight stop over
My son and i had an overnight stay due to connection for buses and ferries and we were delighted with the hot, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room had a double bed but it got changed to a twin it was warm in our room beds very comfy hotel was beautiful and we thoroughly e joyed our stay
