« Hotel not very clean especially the toilet , cockroach can be seen around the floor , air conditioning are not adjustable , the only good things the staff willing to cooperate and the hot water working very well. And also Oyo and Expedia are giving the worst service especially about system management , a lot of problem happened during my check in because of system the problem especially about the price. If you looking for hotel to stay for a few days or holiday , i wouldn't not recommend it . »

« The frontdesk staff especially Selvam was very accomodating and also generous with the bottled water giveaways. The room was clean and the AC was freeeeezing just like a Proton Automobile. Don't expect 5 star facilities as this is obviously a budget hotel and you'll be fine. The bathroom could use a tune up as some of the equipment inside were reaching their end-of-life. Would come back again. »

« Sorry to say, this was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Look at the pictures (which look great) and imagine what it will look like 15 years or so later unmaintained and little cleaned,. « We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The bedsheets were due for renewal as they were far from the white color they were supposed to have and there were marks on them. Also the towels were a bit ripped. The fan is enough as the temperatures don’t climb that high in the highlands. There are many rooms in the building so noise level will depend a lot on who is staying there at the same time.
