Everyone was friendly. Called ahead to check amenities to which I was very mislead. Reservation fee was removed for inconvenience.Rooms are very tight and not enough room for storage. Closet is in bathroom?!. Large amounts of light comes in through bathroom door, entry door and through all windows making room very bright at night. My bed was extremely saggy. After the 1st night I realized my bed had a broken box spring which I told front desk. I asked if maintenance could swtich out the box spring but was told didn't have maintenance until next day. I was offered another room but we had so much to move I said no. I ended up putting the ironing board under mattress to give it support and it worked. The sauna was not working, the hot tub was great! Pool very cold. The restaurant had reopened after a closure. We both wanted the short rib entree but were told they didn't have the short rib or the sirloin that night. I had the pork medallions over wild rice. My friend had the chx parm which she enjoyed. Mine was very salty, with a soy saltiness. The pork was thinly sliced and very dry. I didn't even eat 1/3 of it. No color to the dish with way too much rice to meat ratio. Soup and salad were brought out with meal as they were forgotten. Breakfast service was fantastic. I ordered the egg sandwich with my egg sunny side up it came over hard. Flavor was good. Only options for sides are several types of potatoes but happily I was able to get a small side salad instead.
