Host was very informative, directed us to some great restaurants. The room was very clean, only drawback was it was small. If i would have known would have paid for a bigger room with a least a table and more room. All in all very quaint Hotel & very close to the beach which was very nice!!

I loved my stay there . The caretaker was very personable and asked if we needed anything just let her know . We did ask for a iron and board and she immediately brought it to room great response. Very professional and very friendly. I would definitely absolutely recommend this place. This will be my place of stay for my upcoming trip. And very easy check in code in and code to room great!!! And very easy access to travel out on roads.

I had a wonderful stay. The Perch is a great little hotel a few feet from the beach and short drive to a number of other excellent beaches. The hosts were very kind and friendly. There are a few food options right outside. I hope to be back soon!

Property was a few minutes walk from the beaches. Very close to bars geared to the locals, loud at the weekend but that is part of the experience. All in all a fantastic stay.

Watching the ocean waves crashing into the rocky shore is amazing. The place has nice balcony areas to hang out. There are many kiosks directly in front of hotel.

Small beach town feels
Wonderful small hotel in The Isabela area of PR. Super smal ltown, with beautiful beaches a block away. Fun kiosks with local food and drink offerings right between the hotel and local beach. Walk over further to the right to find one of the most beautifull beaches with high waves crashing over the rocks. Easy self check in, responsive staff and beach equipment for use. Beach towels in the room as well! Would definitelly stay here again!

Having the Beach across from The Perch was great. A little maintenance like painting baseboards, a hook or 2 in bathroom to hang up towel. No outlet in bathroom. No paper towels. There were lots of little bugs flitting about. Furniture was nice.for tge price it was an ok place

I like everything about it! It's a few steps from a beautiful beach to walk and enjoy. There is a little village of beverage and food places, nicely shaded and with a local PR flavor. Our room has a porch/balcony overlooking the street and you can glimpse the ocean from there. It's quiet and relaxing yet really close to a good nightlife setting for the weekends. It's squeaky clean, and the owners Maureen and Armondo are friendly and easy to get hold of if you need anything

Owners are kind, accommodating, and surprisingly human! Place is clean and modern. About a 20 yard walk to the beach! Im not Arnold but,"I'll be back".
