„Property exactly as described. Amazing view and right by the town square. Golfcart rental and market next door. We had a few minor issues bc of a tropical storm but the host ensured we were able to arrive at a different casita with same view. We had an issue with the door one day and the manager was on site in less than 5 minutes and worked to get us in. Pool was clean and cold and other amenities were as described as well. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!“

„Absolutely loved this condo. From the swim out pool in the condo, to the the beautiful landscaping. The larger pool was rarely occupied. The property management was quick to fix the few issues that we had upon arrival. Location was great for getting to either side of the island, although a golf cart is definitely needed if you plan on going anywhere on a daily basis. There was a lovely dog who came to visit daily. „I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights with 9 dear friends for my bachelorette party just before getting married in Playa del Carmen! We are a group of women in our 30s and loved relaxing at the house and exploring the nearby beaches and restaurants! We also loved cooking together at the house and truly appreciated the amazing hospitality of the host! The large screened in porch area outside the kitchen upstairs was a wonderful spot to spend time together!“

„The views were spectacular. The dinning table was huge and had plenty of space for dinners with the family. Bedrooms were spacious. Any questions we had were answered and resolved quickly. Grocery store was close and within walking distance. There were food options near the grocery store as well. Linda was helpful with transportation options and great to work with. “

"Kurz vor der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt dass der Pool nicht verfĂŒgbar ist weil er gerade renoviert wird. Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns ein Zimmer Upgrade, kostenlose Liegen mit Sonnenschirm am Strand und Late-Checkout angeboten. Soweit so gut. Am nĂ€chsten Tag war der Strand gesperrt wegen einer „Inspektion durch das Amt“, also keine Liegen mit Sonnenschirm am Strand. Wir haben uns dann fĂŒr 450 Pesos an einem anderen Strandabschnitt zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm gemietet. Als Kompensationen gab es vom Hotel kostenlose Margaritas fĂŒr uns
 auch noch akzeptabel. Am dritten Tag wurde uns mitgeteilt dass dem Hotel jetzt verboten wurde Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand fĂŒr die GĂ€ste aufzustellen. Als ich nach Kompensation fĂŒr die restlichen Tage fragte, teilte mir der Manager erst mit, dass er leider nichts fĂŒr uns tun kann
 wir könnten ja canceln
 Ich bat ihn nochmal darĂŒber nachzudenken und mit seiner Direktion zu besprechen in welcher Art dies kompensiert werden könnte. Wir bekamen dann einen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer Geste und fĂŒr den letzten Tag ein kostenloses Continentales FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Der Manager und das Personal waren stets sehr freundlich und bemĂŒht (daher auch zwei Sterne), aber die ganze Situation war fĂŒr uns mehr als unzufrieden. Die Direktion des Hotels nimmt billigend in Kauf, dass die GĂ€ste verĂ€rgert sind (wir waren nicht die einzigen) und unterstĂŒtzt das lokale Management in keinster Weise!!! Daher leider keine Empfehlung fĂŒr dieses Hotel!!!"
