Wonderful birthday vacation
We had a wonderful time celebrating my two birthdays - my 50th and my brother-in-laws 44th. The property was beautiful and the house was very cozy. We had all the comforts of home with a killer view of the water. Our only regret was that we had to leave a day early due to the uncertainty of travel during the beginning of the pandemic.

Great spot!

this is the absolute best property to rent in all of Islamorada, if you find a better place let me know because I can guarantee there isnt one, its on the atlantic ocean with picture perfect property and a beach and a boat dock, there is nothing to want for at this rental home. This is our 10th year going and we will continue forever andwe go twice a year and stay over 25 days in total

Home away from home, opening the front door you walk into a open floor plan. Bright and cheery, lovely home. Breathtaking ocean views from the living room and second floor master bedroom. Short walk to the swimming pool, dock and beach area. Enjoyed our stay with six adult and two children comfortably. Morning coffe enjoyed on back porch. Romantic sunsets viewed on master bedroom suite porch. We were sad to leave and would be happy to return when we visit the keys again. Thank you for a pleasant vacation experience.

Great open floor plan and great host.
We had a fabulous time. The location fit us perfectly and we wanted the upper keys with a little less traffic and crowds. Her pricing is very reasonable. We had 4 adults and one 6 year old and the house was the perfect size. The kitchen was well equip, the wrap around porch was great for the late afternoon glass of wine and the early morning sunrise coffee. There are also 2 parking spots which is convenient. My only word of caution is for the older folk with any mobility problems, the eating areas are high tops and could be difficult to get into and out of. There is a dock available, which we did not use, but nice to know its available. There is a sunbathing beach, BUT there are signs about possible alligators and it is rocky and not really a swimming beach, full of seaweed. Kim is the perfect host and very responsive to questions and concerns. We were able to rent bikes, shop and souvenir hunt within 8 miles, as I said a great location. Pool was a nice temperature and there was always a chair available. We can see ourselves coming back every year.

Great place to stay in Islamorada!
This was my family’s first time staying in this vacation rental and we hope to return next year. Kim was responsive to my questions and the place was beautiful, well stocked and exceptionally clean. This is the 2nd time staying in this unit and it was a Wonderful Experience both times. The unit is beautiful, very spacious, has all the amenities of home, is like new condition, and situated perfectly on the property. No place better on Earth
Once again, we stayed in this beautiful home at Anglers Reef for the 8th year in a row, there is not anyplace like it in the keys. The best fishing and snorkeling just out the channel, we caught plenty of lobster as well, this place is perfect in every way, there is nothing more you could possibly want in a rental, location and all the amenities you can ask for, tons of excellent restaurants, marinas, dive shops, ect....

Would highly recommend.
The foundation of a great vacation starts with a a great place to stay, and this home fits the bill. The home was spotless and as advertised. Could not ask for anything better. For the boaters the dockage is fantastic, the channel is plenty deep at low tide to run full throttle with my 28 ft CC. I would highly recommend the place but please don't pick the week I want. Phil

Great House, view and week!
The pictures do not do this home justice. We loved it! There were a few hiccups, but the owner is extremely responsive!!!! The house is the perfect size for my little family to spread out and really enjoy the week. We could see our boat from the house, we are right off the pool gate. It was a nice week. I am booking this annually! I already have friends who saw my pictures and are trying to poach this rental. :)

Great location. Comfortable and kid friendly!
This place is clean and in just the perfect location. The owner is very kind and easy to work with. It is updated and has many features that you won't find anywhere else in a 3 bedroom home. It is directly adjacent to the gated pool. It has so many amenities, ie beach towels, washer dryer, grill, kids toys, booster seat, pack and play, boat slip etc. Also, you wake up every morning in the master suite to a view of the sun rise over the ocean. We've been coming to islamorada for many years, and have found this place to be our favorite. Thanks for supplying such a beautiful home.

Excellent Place to Stay
We have stayed in many places in the Florida Keys and this is by far the nicest place we have rented. It has a nice sandy beach and a pool footsteps from the back door. The view of the ocean from the house is fantastic and you can catch dinner from the docks. We will be back and if you have a chance to book this place don't hesitate. First time to Angler's Reef and Islamorada
Simply put, Kim's home is awesome. Like other reviewers have said, the house is very nice, plenty of space (although we only had 4 of us), and Angler's Reef is very well maintained also. We have an active son who loves to fish (he's not much of a pool side sitter) and he fished off the docks for hours daily, the rest of us could hang by the pool and enjoy the fantastic weather! Kim has everything you need with the rental, dock included if you are renting a boat. The location of the house on the Angler's property is idea, and the location of the Angler's property in Islamorada is perfect. Close to a TON of great eating, fishing spots, etc. We will definitely be back! Thanks Kim!

Beautiful House in lovely development
Our family stayed in Kim's gorgeous home for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house itself is beautifully furnished and appointed with everything you need from beach towels to fishing poles. Anglers's Reef is a conveniently located community of traditionally designed pastel painted homes that have wonderful porches and decks. This house has a great view of the ocean as well as the pool. We'd come back is a heartbeat!

Best place to stay in the entire florida keys
I have been staying in this home for 8 years now and wouldn't stay anywhere else in the keys. The home is absolutely gorgeous and located in Anglers Reef. I guarantee you will not find a nicer home or a better location in Islamorada, it is located directly on the Atlantic with a boat dock , pool and you need, there are plenty of reefs withing only a few miles and the fishing and lobstering is awesome, Unlike Marathon it is no where as crowded, there are excellent restaurants so close and wonderful shopping. No need to even look anywhere else, i have been going to the keys for over 30 years and once i found this place i will go no where else. Lobster girl

Very well kept grounds and the house was even better.
My family loved our stay, the house was as advertised, the property was very well kept, the boat dockage was excellent and a very deep channel leads to the Ocean, even at low tide you will have no problem, I have a 29 ft center console. I would highly recommend this house and this owner. The only issue I had which is no fault of this owner, and something I would love to see change is the fact you must vacate the entire pool area at dark. Who doesn't enjoy sipping wine or having an after dinner drink by the pool at the end of a day, we all thought was very odd rule. Other than that I was very satisfied and for sure would stay there again.

Wonderful place to Vacation.
This trip was with good friends. A fabulous home with wonderful views of the ocean and pool. Great place to dock a boat, easy access to the channel and to refuel the boat. We enjoyed the rocking chairs. Fabulous kitchen with wonderful cookware, we especially enjoyed having towels, sink soaps, toliet paper, spices, detergents, trash bags, paper towels..... We all brought these items with us and so we "paid it back" for the next family to visit, and we left our spices, soaps, paper towels, etc. We stepped into this lovely home for a week, and we did not want to leave. Wonderful children library, to get great idea to read to our grandchildren..........What more can you ask for, Angler Reef and this lovely home had everything.

Beautiful home in ideal location
We stayed at Kim's house over Christmas 2015 and had a wonderful trip. The house is very nice and well appointed with linens, and the location is excellent. Kids loved the pool and being so close to the dock and beach areas. Kim was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Overall our stay was excellent and we'd certainly rent this house again. A few minor reasons I gave 4 stars rather than 5 - the outdoor furniture is not very comfortable (wooden versus cushioned), we could never figure out how to turn on the porch lights on the lower level, some of the porch railings are coming apart and in need of repair, and there was no kayak or paddle board included. Our friends had the house next door which is the same exact size and layout (I'd say the two best houses in Anglers Reef from what I saw) - main differences we saw were that their house had very comfy outdoor furniture which was nice for enjoying the lovely weather and breezes, ceiling fans on the porches, excellent outdoor lighting, and a kayak and paddle board included. Relatively minor items but noticeable when spending time in both homes. Thanks again Kim for your hospitality and happy new year!
