Très sympa
J'ai réservé en étant sceptique au vue de certains avis... C'était super ! La chambre très sympa, propre, baignoire à remous, balcon. La piscine super jolie. Theater of sea est juste à côté. Peut être on a eu la bonne chambre mais rien à dire. Il y a même une salle de gym... parcontre elle mérite un rafraichissement ! les tapis de courses ne marchent pas.

Ce fut un passage trop court, q'une nuit arrivée tard 22h30 quitté quand-même tôt 09h00. Pas pu prifité de l'emplacement, qui semblait quand-même interressant.

endroit idéal pour une pose en route pour key west
l'endroit est ideal pour se reposer ou faire une halte en revenant de Key west .Dans le grand batiment les chambres sont grandes et confortables avec un bon lit .les propriétaires sont des gens charmants toujours au service de la clientèle et ils accueillent les clients comme des amis.Une adresse à retenir sur la route de Key West ou si on veut aller à la pèche dans ce secteur qui est connu pour cela . Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit dejeuner .nous reviendrons

déçue
déçue par rapport aux photos sur le site qui mettent plus en valeur l’hôtel, aucune intimité sur le balcon mobilier très vieux et kitch, literie petite et et incomfortable le frigo dans chambre fait du bruit donc il faut l’arrêter et le matin le sol et tremper, les murs sont en papier, on entend les gens rire et parler, l’accueil et nul, aucune vit dans le hall la moquette de le l'escalier était sale Bref Hôtel que je ne recommande pas

Room was littered with mouse droppings upon arrival. Manager refused a refund. I can’t believe Expedia still allows this business to list on their site.

First off what your state is mouse dropping is incorrect. Per your first review you did not state anything negative. Then to change it to this statement just because we have a no refund policy. We had already changed the dates for you once with no charge. You were offered a different room. You refused.

We stayed in a family cabin. Although not very big, a bit older, and did not have walls between bedroom and sitting area/kitchen, it was comfortable and clean. The common areas are clean and well kept.

The staff was very friendly, the pool area was beautiful, and the property grounds were nice. But the rooms and cottages, although very clean, were run down and in serious need of updating. Beds and plumbing were terrible. There is NO BEACH (like the pictures show), no bar, no marina, and their breakfast is poptarts and granola bars!

Would we use Coconut Cove again - yes we probably would. We think that quite a bit could be done for guests though, to encourage them to stay and not just use it for an overnight stop. It is a very attractive site with a good waterside and super pool. The rooms are OK but a little in need of uplift. The breakfast is adequate. Its Florida - no orange juice or for that matter water. Once the muffins had gone they didn't reappear. We provided our own juice and some jam to spread on the bread. The single toaster was a low quality domestic one not suitable for a hotel breakfast area.. Beware the wi-fi. If you read carefull it is only available near to reception. This is not difficult to provide at room level these days. We had to use our UK base mobile broadband. Next it says Paul's Grill and Tikki bar. To be fair we knew there was no food available, but to have a Tikki bar and not serve any drinks is ridiculous. There were occassions during our seven night stay when we would have eaten and drank in if possible, But we had to do all of this ourselves. Basically we don't think the owners really want people to enjoy what is a very attractive location.

Yes they are clean. We did have a issue with one of our machines leaving rust marks and has been replaced.

the hotel was just old and it smelled. it had no shower so we were forsed to take a shower in the hot tub.

Nice and quiet. Our room was clean but small and adequate for the one night stay we had. We didn’t stay for breakfast it’s served from 9-11. Also there is a sign that states Tiki Bar and Grill but they do now have one but they not have a big tiki area outside you can make your drinks at, smoke and watch tv. The pool is clean and cool, which would have been great but it was a little windy . We stayed on a Sunday night. We loved the cats around the property being cat people, they cuddled with us by the bar and it was adorable

We checked in at 6:00 pm after traveling by motorcycle all day. Had to wait 15 min for someone to show up in the checkin area. Our room was horrible. Bathroom ceiling and vents had black mold. Ants crawling around the tub and shower. The sliding door had lost its glass seal so you couldn’t see through it. The curtain for the door was missing holders so it just dropped down. Tv remote didn’t work. Overall very disappointing stay. Expedia should not be recommending this facility.

Sorry you had to wait to check in. There is a sign in the office to call the number if I am out of the office. Per the tv remote they run the cable not the tv that is why we have signs to turn on here. As people have lost or taken the tv remotes. I will definitely look into your other issues in your room and have the issue resolved.

Not to bad for the price!
Unfortunately the whether wasn’t great, was a rainy day and we can’t enjoy the place But we walk around was nice the property with something to do in place pool, fishing or enjoy the sun by the sea side The room was ok for a place by the sea, no elevator and need to climb 3 histories for our room, outside building looks old need some retouch But we can stay again in future !

Property is old and room didn’t seem very clean. There was a musty smell in the room. No hangers in closet. Furniture very old.

Needs an upgrade
Front desk lady was nice and met our needs immediately. Our room patio door wouldn’t lock, so it got fixed. Coffee pot provided, but no coffee or cups. Continued asking for items that should have been there.Could hear the people in the next room very clearly. No sound barrier between the walls. Loved the landscape around the hotel. It was kept up nicely, but I wouldn’t stay there again. I’m too old to climb the stairs to second floor. Actually two sets of stairs before got up to the second floor.

Sorry you were missing some of the items that should have been in your room. We do have the cottages that are at ground level and would not require going up the stairs.
