Three Bears Lodge is a true cabin retreat with soaring pine ceilings, warm wood finishes, and plenty of space for family and friends. This 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests across 13 beds, making it ideal for reunions, group trips, and memory-making adventures.

The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware—everything you need to prepare meals together. The open layout flows into cozy gathering spaces where you can relax after a day on the lake or trails.

Entertainment is at the core of this cabin. Challenge each other to classic arcade games or gather for family favorites in the game room. Step outside to soak in the private hot tub under the stars, or spend evenings around the outdoor fire pit sharing stories and s’mores.

Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home, including the fully equipped kitchen, game room, and private hot tub. Outside, relax around the fire pit or take advantage of the private dock located right next to the cabin (available seasonally when water levels are up). Ample parking is available for vehicles.

The two closest major airports are Bozeman, MT and Idaho Falls, Idaho. There is also a small West Yellowstone Airport.

Notes:

*The upper deck is currently unavailable due to ongoing renovations. The lower deck remains fully accessible, including the hot tub area for your enjoyment.

*This property is seasonally lakefront. Water levels on Island Park Reservoir fluctuate throughout the year. Typically, the water is highest in spring and early summer, and by late August the shoreline may recede. When water levels are up, guests can enjoy direct lake access and use the dock located right next to the cabin. When the water is lower, the dock may sit on dry ground, but the reservoir is still accessible nearby for boating, fishing, and swimming.

*WINTER: Roads are plowed but we HIGHLY recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle during Fall, Winter and Spring months.
