The Space:

Welcome to Misty Mountain, a newly built waterfront retreat tucked among the pines on the shores of Island Park Reservoir.



With approximately 6,900 square feet across three levels, Misty Mountain was designed for families and groups who want plenty of room to gather while still having space to spread out. Rustic mountain architecture, stone accents, warm wood details and expansive windows create the feel of a true Island Park lodge, while modern comforts make it an exceptional year-round getaway.



One of the highlights of the home is its incredible waterfront setting. Step outside onto the expansive back deck and take in views of Island Park Reservoir, relax in the private hot tub, enjoy dinner from the BBQ grill, or head down to the home's private dock for even more time on the water.



Inside, the home features five bedrooms and five full bathrooms plus a half bathroom.



Four bedrooms each feature a king bed, giving adult couples comfortable private sleeping accommodations. The fifth bedroom is a large bunk room with three queen beds and three full beds, making it an ideal space for kids, teens or additional members of the group.



The primary suite is a destination of its own. The spacious retreat features beautiful rock fireplaces, a soaking tub and separate shower, along with direct access to the deck. Step outside from the suite and into the hot tub while enjoying views across the lake. Master bedroom does not has a closest.



After a full day exploring Island Park, gather around the fireplace, relax with family and friends, or step outside and enjoy the quiet mountain setting. Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of Misty Mountain during their reservation, including the three-level home, expansive back deck, private hot tub, BBQ grill and private waterfront dock.



The property sits directly on Island Park Reservoir, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the waterfront setting just steps from the home.



Any locked owner, maintenance or utility areas are not included in guest access. Guests do not have access to the garage

Misty Mountain is in a beautiful wooded setting directly on Island Park Reservoir in Island Park, Idaho. Towering pines, mountain scenery and waterfront views surround the home, creating a secluded mountain-lodge atmosphere while placing guests in the heart of one of eastern Idaho's premier recreation destinations.



Island Park is known for boating, fishing, hiking, ATV and UTV riding, snowmobiling and year-round outdoor recreation. The property also makes an excellent home base for guests exploring the greater Yellowstone region.

Despite the peaceful setting, guests are within reach of Island Park restaurants, recreation services and local attractions.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Island Park and the surrounding area. Guests should be prepared for mountain driving conditions, particularly during the winter months when snow and changing weather can affect local roads.

Guests bringing boats, trailers, snowmobiles or recreational vehicles should confirm parking and trailer accommodations with management before arrival.



Other Things to Note:

Misty Mountain is a three-level home, and guests should expect stairs throughout the property.



This is a true waterfront property with direct access to Island Park Reservoir and a private dock. Children should be closely supervised around the water, dock, decks and hot tub.



Island Park is a mountain and forest environment. Wildlife may be present in the surrounding area, and weather conditions can change quickly.



Please respect neighboring properties and the peaceful nature of the area. Maximum occupancy, parking limits and all property rules must be observed throughout the reservation.
