We recently stayed at this property in Brno and were initially pleased with the location and overall setup. However, our experience was significantly marred by the condition of one of the beds. Upon arrival, we discovered it was extremely dirty, with noticeable dog hair (or some other type of hair) embedded in the bedding and mattress area. This was unhygienic and unacceptable, especially for a paid accommodation.Due to this issue, my friend and I were forced to share a twin bed, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient for two adults. We expected a clean and suitable sleeping arrangement for the price paid. We brought this to the host’s attention during our stay, but no satisfactory resolution was provided.We would appreciate VRBO’s assistance in ensuring fair compensation for this inconvenience, as it greatly impacted our stay. We hope the host addresses these hygiene concerns to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.
