2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Mariner’s Walk 6B is a beautifully appointed one-bedroom condo in one of Wild Dunes’ most serene communities — and guests consistently say it’s bigger and more impressive than they expected. The modern kitchen is perfect for meal prep, the walk-in shower is luxurious, the screened porch with its beautiful ocean view is the highlight of every morning, and the Mariner’s Walk pool is right outside. The beach is an easy, short walk. Everything is updated, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked. You’ll never hear neighbors or traffic. Just birdsong and ocean.

Mariner’s Walk 6B guests have exclusive access to the Mariner’s Walk private pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.
