The curb appeal isn't great but the property has a nice kitchen and entryway. Once you arrive into the house fully, it is very nice. We arrived at night and the windowed views into the yard, the lighting of the pool and the accented lights were beautiful. When we arrived, the host had music playing and lights throughout the house, very welcoming.The bedrooms were accommodating. The master bathroom was really cute.The beds had mattress protectors and clean linens throughout. The bathrooms included mini shampoo and conditioner with makeup towels. Towels and bathmats were provided. The pre arrival link was helpful to set expectations and to provide instructions. The kitchen had labels throughout and instructions were helpful.We were there for a short visit and were in the house only a few hours each day during most of the stay. During those hours, the wifi was not stable and the tv also relies on wifi. The showers peaked at only lukewarm temperature but is mostly cold water.The pool had toys from previous guests but was warm. The checkout had a lot of steps to complete but we cleared out the trash and since our presence in the house was short, there was only takeout containers.I recommend this place for relaxation or hanging out with family. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, the last night of our stay we sat near the pool and neighbor's dogs went crazy but after a while, we tuned them out.
