« One reason we took this property was the views of jerusalem from the 9th floor and the fact that Jaffa Rd has no vehicular traffic except for the light rail. When we arrived the windows were filthy. Management addressed this when notified. Pedestrian noise lasted well into the night. »

« J’ai eu un problème pour l’accès au parking durant toutes les vacances . Lapplication du parking ne fonctionnait pas . Inutile de dire qu’il est impossible de trouver une place de stationnement en plein centre de Jérusalem. Le propriétaire a refusé de payer une amende pour mauvais stationnement un soir où je ne pouvais pas rentrer dans le parking à cause de son défaut de stationnement. »

Our hosts responded in real time when we briefly had issues w/internet - super responsive AND during a war! « Even when the property is nice, the administration is the worst experience I've ever had: Parking was included, and they did not provide it. I immediately requested for the parking access card and they only responded: "we are working on a solution" - never solved it. We were fined twice, and they never responded. The communication is really bad. Additionally, we were charged (externally from VRBO, an extra charge added to the 100% that we paid via VRBO. Without that payment, they would not...
