Spoke with hotel front desk Shonnie on several occasions before arrival date. It was shared with Expedia representative by different employees while confirming booking for room, after the cancellation deadline and less than 24 hours of the arrival time. « Everything was nice. unfortunately pool pump broke right before we arrived and we were unable to use pool. That would be the only strike I would give them but they did offer to call sister property nearby so we could swim. we didn't because we didn't have time. Overall nice stay, only 1 night. »

« We found the room to be in need of updating. Paint was peeling off the wall by the blinds and while taking a shower the shower door came off of its track and fell into the shower at me. The rollers are missing on the shower door. When we checked in the couch had white moist spots on it that I had to clean off.
