« I saw dead cockroaches, a random dirty sock in the hallway, stains all over the carpet, the carpet felt sticky in places... Shower barely got hot even at full heat. Will not be going back here. »

« Severely deteriorated hotel as a whole. I complained about bed bugs and requested another room but was never given one and unfortunately i wake up early so had no choice but to try to make due. Breakfast was extremely minimal which wasnt the biggest deal but there was very obvious damage and filth throughout the whole hotel. They need to close it down and renovate it before the health department shuts them down. Safe to say that I wont be staying again. »

« Hotel staff was deceiving guest by not sharing that the elevator was not working when room was booked in advance for the SPECIAL Olympics State Tournament. Spoke with hotel front desk Shonnie on several occasions before arrival date. It was shared with Expedia representative by different employees while confirming booking for room, after the cancellation deadline and less than 24 hours of the arrival time. It caused me extra expense and hardship due to being physically impaired to take stairs...

« Everything was nice. unfortunately pool pump broke right before we arrived and we were unable to use pool. That would be the only strike I would give them but they did offer to call sister property nearby so we could swim. we didn't because we didn't have time. Overall nice stay, only 1 night. »

« The breakfast was not good. Everything was cold that was supposed to be hot. The only thing worth eating was the yogurt. Bacon, eggs, sausage, hot water for oatmeal was all cold. A great overall stay was spoiled by a bad $15 pp breakfast. »
