« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« This hotel was great! The rooms were spotless! Nice, clean and comfy bed and clean bathrooms! The free breakfast in the morning was nice! My only complaint was it was about 10am and housekeeping actually came around and opened our room door! Checkout for this hotel is actually 12 so I’m not sure why they were coming around at that time and then not even knock! We had plenty of time before checkout, my finance was still laying in bed because he has trouble sleeping! Not how I expected my morning...
