And instead of a friendly greeting or an “I’m sorry” I basically got a “yeah?” We proceeded to the elevators and one opened half way and was beeping constantly. « We reserved this room very last minute and we were only there for about 9 hours, just to sleep. So we didn't use any of the amenities. The room was nice and big, and it was very clean. No complaints here. »

« In my rush to be somewhere early, I left behind two items. I called and they found them. I was able to drop by and retrieve them. Thank you for being so kind to help. The room was clean and the Staff was great- from check in to check out and back for my found items. »
