„This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. “

„Went to a SEMO football game and this is an ideal place to stay for that activity. Able to tailgate then pop in to refresh drinks etc. I am calling this place the 3C place. It is cute, convenient and oh so comfortable. Beds and chairs are all comfy and you have plenty of room. Like the other reviews say it is clean and the owners communicate very well. There is a staircase to go up that can be daunting at first. But take your time and it gets easier. Would book again if the home games were open. ...

„The three bedrooms on the main level share one full bath and one half bath. The bedroom upstairs has its own bath. The only negative for us was that several people were sharing that one full bath, but it worked out fine. I thought the location was good and the beds were comfortable.“
