Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We paid $155 per night, plus a $100 security deposit, expecting a clean and comfortable stay. On our first night, we discovered bed bugs in the bed, which was completely unacceptable.
The staff moved us to another room after we reported the issue, but unfortunately the second room also did not meet the level of cleanliness we expected. Overall, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable for the rest of our stay.

« Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and helped me and my family with our stay.
The room was spacious, we enjoyed the pool and the laundry room.
We used our kitchen to cook for our children and we enjoyed the proximity to the district and Sal and mookies.

« In my rush to be somewhere early, I left behind two items. I called and they found them. I was able to drop by and retrieve them. Thank you for being so kind to help. The room was clean and the Staff was great- from check in to check out and back for my found items. »
