The âthird bedroomâ appears to be a converted garage that is open to the attic area. It has weird storage (old beds?) stacked above it. And itâs not part of the central HVAC; it has a separate unit so it was blazing hot when we opened the door upon arrival. The picture online is misleading. See the photo weâve provided. Otherwise the house is perfectly fine.
Excellent location and convenience about 25-minute drive to the airport. The property host was pleasant and accommodating throughout the stay, contributing to an overall smooth and enjoyable experience. My family enjoyed the stay. The combination of location, host quality, and property condition created such a positive experience that my family and Iwould definitely choose to stay at this property again for future visits to Jacksonville.
The property was perfect for our group! There was room for everyone. One of the issues we usually have is TOWELS - 6 people and exactly 6 towels. Not here! We had enough towels for everyone PLUS extras. The property was super easy to find, easy to access and is on a beautiful, quiet tree lined street. The property owners are close by and are VERY responsive! The only âsuggestionâ I have is to consider a larger kitchen trash can for larger groups.Thank you for an excellent stay!!!
This property worked out perfect for a quiet little getaway to spend time with my nephew stationed at Mayport. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with newer appliances. The host was very responsive and accommodating too. I would definitely recommend this place if you're look for a quiet spot in Jacksonville.
We were given late tickets for the Players Championship and didn't have a lot of time to find suitable places for our family of 5. Thankfully I came across this awesome bungalow in St. Nicholas which was perfect. We spent one day going to the beach (Atlantic and Neptune) and had some delicious seafood at a restaurant near there. This location is perfect because it's central to just about anything you would want to do in Jacksonville if you're good with a little driving. We were less than an hour from Sawgrass including parking which was perfectly fine. The bungalow itself was very clean and updated with brand new appliances. Our two kids loved the room with the two twin beds. We were also able to put our 20 mo in a pack-n-play in the very roomy 3rd bedroom which was far away so she could be somewhat isolated while she was napping/sleeping and everyone else was awake. There was a sweet welcome basket of goodies for when we got there and the tankless water heater with the shower was perfect for bathing 3 smelly kids after a long day. We had an absolute blast and would recommend this spot for anyone looking to go be adventurous and do fun things around the area or to just chill and relax if you're in town on business.
This beautifully renovated bungalow was exactly what we were looking for to relax and visit with our son and family for a few days. Very clean and comfortable and the area was so quiet. Close to eateries and coffee shops. Easy check in and out. Everything we needed was there!
Really want to compliment the host on their choices for furnishings and features in the bathroom and kitchen. All beds were sharply decorated and very comfortable. All amenities like the oversized chairs in the family room and 5 seated table were easy to use and comfortable. The kitchen was super nice with new cookware and instruments. We were grateful to have found your property and found it easy to get to our events for the family focused weekend!
House was perfect for our Packers vs Jaguars NFL game weekend. Location was great, and the neighborhood was convenient to all that downtown Jacksonville has to offer.
