Dickens Festival Stay

This is a nice condo with a decent view of the ocean. It is a few blocks back so you’re looking over a few rooftops but you can still see the waves. The porch is nice. The beds were good.

Our family cannot say enough good things about our condo and Amelia Island Getaways Team!! Best communication and customer service, we even received a call after our arrival to make sure all was good and no issues. The condo was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

Amelia Island for Labor Day

Nice condo adjacent to Ft Clinch. Downtown Fernandina Bch was busy on Sunday night. Very nice pool, parking was convenient. Elevator made getting to 4th floor easy. Best was the sunrise from the 4th Floor.

Our family of 8 enjoyed staying here! We had plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of family games in the living room, extra fans in each room, the balcony had a great view of the beach, easy access to the beach, great communication with the property manager. We loved it and would definitely recommend this location!

This condo is clean, wonderful amenities, beautiful view, comfortable beds, big kitchen, and having access to a pool to use after a long beach day was a bonus! The garage was roomy and there were chairs, sand toys, a wagon, umbrellas, and pool toys. All the comforts of home. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing property and location!

We just came back from staying in Amelia Island. We were very pleased with the property. It was very clean and spacious. The views from the condo were amazing! The AIG team was easy to contact and very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be visiting again!

Family vacation

We loved this place! This is the perfect spot to bring kids. Very convenient to restaurants, parks, ice cream, mini golf etc.. There was plenty of space for all the gear that comes with young kids (huge plus!!). The living room space was the perfect size to seat everyone comfortably. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved the pool! Very clean property and we were sad to leave. We can’t wait to come back.

This was the perfect quiet getaway by the ocean. There are plenty of activities if you want to get out, but also plenty to do right at the condo and beach if you want to stay put. The unit was spacious and the master bed is so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. I would love to come back and visit again sometime!

We were very pleased with the condo except one thing which isn’t a deal breaker. I have never rented a condo where the owner didn’t have cable. Not everyone cast and streams. Thank goodness son in law has YouTubeTV.

Quiet complex. Gorgeous condo. Spacious. Well-appointed, especially in the kitchen. Nice to have garage with beach chairs, wagon. Easy walk across to the beautiful beach. Close to Ft Clinch St Park- an interesting outing with lots to do. We loved our little family getaway!

Everything was as advertised and exceeded expectations. The unit was beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, amazing views, and awesome pool & hot tub. Access to the beach was covenient and we loved the close proximity to downtown and Fort Clinch. Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view!

This condo was wonderful! The only thing that would make it better is if we could live here, full-time. It was spacious with the beautiful view you see in the pictures. The management company was attentive, and the location was exactly what we were hoping for. It's a short walk to the beach, but only a 2 minute drive, with easy public parking if you drive there. We were also maybe 10 minutes from the historic section of Amelia Island, with plenty to see and do. Loved it and would definitely recommend this condo!
