This property was absolutely perfect for our family (4 adults & 2 young kids)! It was clean, had plenty of supplies and towels for us to use and was very easy to communicate with the host when necessary. We are so happy with this house and location and are highly impressed with the pool area being kid-proof with high latches that they canā€™t reach. The walk to the beach is short and so easy! I couldnā€™t recommend this place enough!!

Key Lime Cottage was the perfect July 4th get-away location for my family. The house was beautiful and comfortable for all of us. It is also close to so many wonderful things to do and see on Amelia Island. I hope we can stay here again one day.

This house was incredible. The rooms were spacious and so clean. The living space was wide open and easy to entertain our group of 8. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes and was easily accessible. The house was located in a residential area so the beach wasnā€™t crowded at all!! It was a twelve minute drive to historic downtown Fernandina Beach and a short drive to a grocery store. This was the perfect location for us!! We would definitely come back and stay!!

Overall, the house is nice and the location is great. Having a pool and a screened in porch was truly a plus. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a full size washer and dryer. We also enjoyed the front deck. I took off one star because 2 bedrooms have small windows with no blinds. And the sheets could definitely use an upgrade. But a nice place to stay!!

This gorgeous beach home was the PERFECT back drop to rest, relax & celebrate our sonā€™s 30 bday and our 31 wedding anniversary. The pics of this home do not do it justice!! Every square foot is perfectly executed to provide lots of open space. It is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen and gorgeous modern bathrooms. Check in was easy & the proximity to the beach was convenient. It was lovely waking up to a beach view every morning! The pool was a great place to unwind, the patio provided family time together & lots of laughs & the screened in patio was an excellent reading space. Lots of beach stuff was providedā€¦chairs, umbrella, wagonā€¦.etc, that is a definite perk!! I highly recommend this property!!! I know weā€™ll be back!!

The cottage hits the important notes for us. - close to beach, just a short walk across the street - comfortable beds - well stocked kitchen - excellent parking - beautifully decorated It is on a busy street , but bedrooms are in rear so no noise problem for sleeping. Host is very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach! New construction, house still smelled new! Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished . Pool with screened in porch was a big plus! Kitchen is well stocked and equipped with everything you need to prepare and and have meals. The only small complaint I have is although the TV's had streaming services available they do not have cable, so we were not able to watch Football, local news or any live tv programming..

We had the best family vacation here! The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The proximity to the beach (and all the available beach accessories) made our every day walk to the beach easy. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the deck had a lovely view of the ocean! We are looking forward to staying again next summer!

We loved this property the moment we pulled into the driveway and it only got better from there. We spent a lot of time on the porch with an ocean view and in the kitchen and living areas too. Weā€™ll certainly look to stay here again next time weā€™re on Amelia island.

This was a wonderful property. It may be our favorite ever from vrbo. Great layout and gorgeous house. Also had a ton of kitchen stuff that almost all rentals are lacking. It really added something extra. If we ever travel back this way, we will 100% rebook!

The house was great - convenient to the beach and included any amenity we needed. We had a minor issue with the shower drain being clogged, but the owner was very responsive and it was fixed within hours. Weā€™d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the key lime cottage! It was perfect for our family for spring break! We had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were super comfy! The house is beautiful. The walk to the beach was a little challenging with little ones. The walking path isnā€™t very wide but drivers were cautious. We did leave our wagon near the board walk (due to large dune we had to climb) and someone took it. That was the only disappointment. We enjoyed our first trip to Amelia Island and will def be back!

All was even better than expected. Plenty of toiletries, trash sacksā€” even beach towels, blow dryers and access to boogie boardsā€”although we didnā€™t use them. So beautifully appointed. I hope future renters take good care of this place. Itā€™s a gem.
