The house is clean and represented by the pictures in the listing well. Staff is pleasant and friendly and communicated efficiently.The was a note left by a prior guest upon arrival saying they were concerned the house was being entered when they weren't there. This was brought to the attention of the management company who stated they would open an investigation. Shortly after arrival a neighbor rang the doorbell and introduced himself as the pool cleaner/maintenance person and said he would show us how he would access the backyard during our stay to clean the pool. Especially considering the note from the prior guest this was rather unsettling, we requested he not access the property during our stay.The house is in a busy area adjacent to a big shopping mall so noise is constant especially at night. If someone is noise sensitive this would not be an ideal property.The master bath shower wouldn't get hot at all and there was a conspicuous urine stain on one of the mattresses. The game room and washer/dryer were nice and definitely a plus. We wouldn't consider staying here again, but there were some positives.
