We loved staying at your home, very clean and plenty of amenities. The umbrella by the pool did not work and the light was out in fridge, no issue at all. We home to be back again. The house was close to the wedding venue we attended. Thank you again.

Large fenced in yard and beautiful home

This home was exactly as described and pictured and is very spacious. The fenced in yard made it great for our dog to roam free and she just Loved it!!!

A pleasant stay

The property was clean and spacious. The backyard was an oasis. It was in my opinion the best feature of the property. The property management company was not prompt to responding. There was no chalk for the pool stick. The mini spit ac did not work. And we had trouble opening the front door. We had to reach out to the owner of the property for the Ac unit problem and she had someone address the problem the very next day. I would stay here again but I would make sure that everything is in place and ready before our arrival

Christmas Oasis

Property was everything we needed for a holiday family vacation. Home was comfortable and beautiful, with a knockout backyard. Must come back in summertime to enjoy the pool. From a pool table to wonderful conversation pit, there was something for those of us from 30 to 68!

Pool house

We stayed at the house two nights and spent the day away doing activities in Jacksonville. The neighborhood is very welcoming and is in a convenient location to shops and activities. The home itself feels comfy and inviting. It was easy to get set up and feel right at home. This is definitely a place we will stay at again the next time we're in the area.

Worst VRBO experience EVER!!!

We were traveling for a baseball tournament, but hurricane Milton interfered with those plans. A week prior to our arrival I contacted the host about possibly canceling the reservation and he insisted that I could cancel but wouldn’t receive a refund per their policy. We forwent the tournament a decided on a nice family weekend & arrived on Friday. The property was a wreck! The grass hadn’t been mowed, the pool was a disaster (the skimmer basket was completely full & the pump never came on while we were there), the trash bins were completely full, & doing anything outside was an impossibility because of the mosquitoes. I contacted the host about my concerns and them providing the service that was advertised upon renting the property; 15 hrs. later I received a response that they were doing “all they could” to rectify the issues, but because of the storm things were difficult to navigate. On Sunday I received a message from the host stating someone was at the property cleaning the pool. We rushed back thinking we were finally going to be able to enjoy the property we rented specially for the pool, but no one was there, and the pool was still in no condition for swimming (apparently the team had “car trouble”). I contacted the host about a partial refund for the poor quality of our stay and he stated that they were “committed to making things right.” I have not received any type of refund & the host has gone radio silent & won’t message me back. Don’t waste your money!

Great place to stay! House was beautiful. Had everything we might need, even a cooler and beach bags provided if needed which I think was a nice touch. Would def book again.

A horrible time

We went to Jacksonville to spend Easter with our son who's in college. We rented this one because it had a pool. We get there on Saturday night and the pool hasn't been cleaned in a LONG Time and there was nothing for us to clean it with. I message the property manager and he did message me back at 11pm and again the next morning. We get up the next morning to toilets over flowing, plumbing backing up in the shower and no ability to use the water. The property manager was not pleasant and accused us of flushing something. Later that day (it was Easter so we understand ) after 5 plumbers come out and access the situation. They find that it's something in the line thinking it has a crack or something. We get a message saying there is nothing they can do and they will refund us for one night. We leave and drive 6 hours home on Sunday night because we have NO working toilets. We are one month out, We haven't received any refunds, we were only there a few hours before we starting having this issue and believe a refund for the whole stay should be offered. **Please note the house in itself is very nice and while the plumbing issue is something that can happen anywhere, the property manager is failing to manage the situation. I've contacted VRBO and they say they are waiting to hear from the property manager.

Adorable Cottage Feel

My parents, two children and I stayed for two nights. It was a quiet neighborhood, very clean inside, but we enjoyed the backyard and board games the most! The hosts thought of everything as far as kitchen items and towels even down to extra toothbrushes! I communicated with the host due to an issue caused by my mother, sent pictures of the broken item and described what happened to cause the issue and everything went smoothly. I would definitely Stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Great stay

Chose this property for a week vacation with my gf. First time in Jacksonville. Other properties complained about neighborhoods, from this trip i realized its Jacksonville as a whole, its just a mix, didnt feel it was an issue. Beautiful house, loved the interior and the back yard. Great extras like the pool table. Used the kitchen to make eggs for breakfast and steaks for dinner. A block from a Winn-Dixie. Drove all around Jacksonville and was able to make it back to this home easily. Very happy with this stay just wish we could use the pool but it was a little cool outside so that wasnt in the cards for us.
