„I reserved and they said that expedia booked the room but they didnt have availability. Terrible customer servuce. They took the payment without honoring the booking. We could not stay there“

„I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. “

„Everything was expected for our last minute family vacation! The team was incredible and cannot say enough kind things about the staff. They were attentive before during and after our stay. Very unique/beautiful property, lots of wildlife seen every day, and very close car ride to a lot of beautiful beaches and towns to explore! Thanks for everything!“

„The property was accurate to the description and very clean. The pool area is very nice and we spent most of our time outside in the pool having fun. The home is located in a authentic area and sets behind the jungle so the views was actually more then I thought there was. I will be back for sure“
