« Platinum turned out to be a little more than expected! The hotel is ideally located within close distance to shopping and eateries. The rooms are comfortable with good bathroom supplies. While the food on offer was excellent both in restaurant and room service, the breakfast could be more innovative by offering a greater choice of fruit and cereals. « Generally, this stay of 6 days became more comfortable as we asked for things that were missing. The property is very run down, and. does not match the photos on Expedia. The complimentary breakfast in the front of the menu turned out not to apply to us. Breakfast. coffee /tea pot was not enough for two people. The shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes not. Taxi drivers etc found this property difficult to locate. »

« The cleanliness of my first room was questionable. A/C unit looked dated (remote didn't work properly) and the TV remote didn't work properly. Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics. Fortunately I moved to another room on a different floor (due to pest control) where the A/C was in good state and TV worked. Rooms like my first one need attention to bring up the standards. « This property is awful and clearly hasn’t had any maintenance or investment for a long time. The place is very dirty, full of health hazards and our entire room flooded after running the shower - the maintenance man (who I think is also the cook and the cleaner) spent almost an hour mopping up the mess. Terrifying to go in the lift as it had all sorts of cables exposed. Stay away! »

« Absolutely terrible. Don’t know why this hotel is allowed to offer Reims on Expedia. From rooms to service to food there was nothing good. There are much better options nearby at one third the price! Avoid it at all costs! »
