I was expecting a premium experience but Umaid Haveli did not meet my expectation sadly, however I gave 5 star for breakfast. The standard rooms were quite small and as well as the bathroom. The door of our room would not close unless pulled shut with force. Unfortunately I lost an expensive personal bag during my stay here, not sure if it was due the door left open in a rush. After 10pm the kitchen closes so if you are checking in late or hungry at night, don't expect room service to bring you any food. The towels were not great, we left the property with skin rashes, the toiletries were bare minimum and not a great quality. We ended up buying the toiletries from outside. I do feel I would’ve had a better experience at another hotel with a third of the price, but we picked Umaid Haveli for the interior vibe and previous reviews. The staff was friendly but short staffed at night.
