Hotels correct mais staff et service pitoyable !!
La chambre est correct. Par contre le service est un peu naze, il ne retrouvait pas ma réservation. Et j'ai du attendre quasiment une heure pour avoir la clé de la chambre. C'est moi même qui a débloqué la situation en appelant Hotels.com . Pendant tout ce temps le staff ne faisait pas grand chose pour solutionner le problème. Il ne voulait pas me donner la clé le temps qu'il solutionne le problème malgré mon engagement de régler la chambre en cas de souci de réservation. Pire le manager m'a demandé un "deposit", de façon classique, sauf qu'ici c'était une façon déguisé de payer la chambre en cas de problème...bref, ils cherchaient plus à se couvrir qu'aider le client !! Vraiment aucun professionnalisme ! Finalement, quand j'ai eu hotels.com au tel la situation s'est immédiatement débloqué lorsqu'ils les ont appelés! Alors qu'il n'avait toujours rien trouvé...bref, l'appel d'Hotels.com a du leur faire très peur...

Clean spacious rooms with modern amenities. Dedicated and friendly staff made the stay all the more comfortable. The breakfast in Ritz Cafe was very good. Highly recommend this option to stay in Central Jakarta.

Close to Jakarta international expo
Thats a good thing if you are an exhibitor as the traffic jams here are terrible. The hotel needs to improve on their wifi connection which I would say its a must nowadays. Very unstable. Food spread is reasonable.

Functional and clean, although uninspiring
Hotel is new and in good condition. No real character or distinguishing features. Location rather uninspiring, even by Jakarta standards. Good shower. Breakfast ok-ish. Decent value for money. Overall, just about OK as a stopover not too far from Kota Tua, but next time would look elsewhere.

Hotel Orchardz - Java Jazz Festival
I had quite a nice experience with the Hotel Orchardz staff. Everyone is quite kind and professional. The breakfast was nice as well. I like the location as it was quite close to Mangga Dua and the JL Expo Center. The cleanliness of the room was okay. There was hair on the floor when I came but beside that everything was clean and orderly. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of Indonesian and western choices. The neighborhood the hotel is located in was not a great advantage.

快適に過ごせました。
ジャカルタのエキスポ会場で開催されるフェスティバルのために3泊しました。 会場までは徒歩15分〜20分ぐらいで、私は2日間とも徒歩で往復しました。 道は良くありませんが、普通に歩いて行けます。 空港からのタクシーは、140000ルピー(1400円)ぐらいでした。 ホテル名を言えば、「ok」と言われて、何の問題なく到着しました。 部屋は、広くて綺麗でした。 掃除も綺麗にされています。 改装されているせいか、新しく感じます。 コンセントも日本のプラグと同じので使用しました。 シャワーの水圧や温度も良好でした。 ホテルには、ブルーバードのタクシーが常に待機しているので、どこに行くのもスムーズでした。 1番良かったのは、スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。 何から何においても親切で気をきかせてくれて 5つ星ホテル並みの良さでした。 気になった点は、窓が少し汚れていたのと、排水口の臭いと、出入り口付近の壁が少し薄い？せいなのか、向かいの部屋の話声がたまに聞こえましたになりました。 でも許容範囲でした。 本当に快適に過ごせたので、次回もこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Check-In staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms appear renovated and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was sufficient given the price. Only drawback would be the distance from Central Jakarta (especially given the traffic)

Never ever again.
It was one of the worst hotel experience. We booked 1 night for 3 people in a king size deluxe room but got nothing close to that. I could have easily book for 2 people instead for a cheaper price. We also did not get 3 breakfast coupons when the reservations was made for 3 people. Unprofessional and highly incompetent staff.

The room and customer service were good Except the aircon broken down once, no WIFI in the room throughout my stay and all bath or hands towels couldn't dry me up after shower. Felt disappointed with the engineer when he couldn't fix the WiFi for my room and never followup even the WiFi not working.

There's no a whole lot to do walking distance from the hotel but that's the the attraction here. The hotel features a built in karaoke night club with hostesses to entertain you. During the day time the attached spa is a brothel. This place was built for the mongering businessman.

今回は展示会も有って、会場に近い安価なホテルを予約した。安価な割には部屋は大きく（表示上は２５㎡）、アメニティーも多少あったので驚いた。ビジネスホテルと思えば、充分過ぎる状態だった。バスタブは無くシャワーのみだったが、水の出もまあまあで男性などは問題無いだろう。バスタオルは有ったが、ハンド・フェースタオルとも置いて無かった。 まあ特に必要もないので、バスタオルで全部済ませた。
