« The camper was great, clean and just what we needed.. but the only issue was the online description said it was a 13 min walk from State Dock. It definitely was not. We had to get strangers to take us to and from since we didn't have a vehicle.. but I would assume most people who would stay here would have a car. We didn't because we boated in for the Poker Run. If you have transportation to and from the dock and park, this camper is in a perfect location and it's super nice. »

« The house is clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. Very close to the Jamestown Mariana, which is exactly what we needed.Our whole group decided we would like to stay here on our next trip to Lake Cumberland. »

« The cottage is adorable. It is clean and well kept. It has everything you need. We only stayed two nights but it perfect for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay completely. »

« The seller was very kind and prompt. He even allowed for an early check-in on the busiest weekend of the year, the Fourth of July. He was great to work with.We were towing a large pontoon boat and he allowed us to use the open grass area in the middle of the cabins to store our boa which was a major convenience. It and it being dog friendly was a major plus as wellIt is right off the highway, but the entire time we never heard anything and it didn’t disrupt our stay. I would definitely recommend...
