Energy & Water Usage

To keep our nightly rate competitive while encouraging responsible energy use, a generous allowance is included in every stay.

Included per night

* 15 kWh of electricity
* 0.5 m³ of water

This is generally sufficient for normal use, including:

* Evening air conditioning
* Lighting
* Cooking
* Charging electronic devices

Additional Usage

If your consumption exceeds the included allowance, only the extra usage will be charged:

* Electricity: $0.50 per additional kWh
* Water: $10 per additional m³

The electricity and water meters are recorded together at both check-in and check-out, and guests are welcome to take photos of the meter readings for complete transparency.

Additional Guests

The standard nightly rate is based on 2 guests.

For a 3rd and/or 4th guest, an additional fee of $15 per person per night applies.

This helps cover:

* Additional electricity and water consumption
* Extra towels and bed linen
* Increased wear and tear
* Additional cleaning requirements

Final cleaning is mandatory.

* Final cleaning: $100
* Stay up to 9 nights: Final cleaning only
* 10–14 nights: + $85 (1 intermediate cleaning)
* 15–20 nights: + $140 (2 intermediate cleanings)
* 21 nights or longer: + $205 (3 intermediate cleanings)

All cleaning costs will always be communicated in advance.

Security Deposit

A $300 refundable security deposit applies to every reservation.

The deposit may be used to cover:

* Additional electricity or water usage
* Any required intermediate cleaning costs
* Damage to the property
* Missing or broken items

If any costs exceed the security deposit, the remaining balance will be charged separately.
