When we arrived they tried twice to sell a more expensive room kategory and when we declined she claimed the room was not ready yet. When we complained the room was immediately ready. Apart from that the hotel was nice and the pool area absolutely amazing!

The hotel staff were accomodating and professional. The hotel overlooks Haeundae beach and provides an incredible view from sun up to sun down.
