Hôtel près de Jardins Alfred Nicolas, Melbourne, Melbourne

« We were welcomed by staff and were given a great run down about places to go and things to see as we are not frequent visitors to the mountains. We stayed in the Parisienne room. What a gorgeous place. We opened the door and the first thing that caught my eye was the full window with a view of the beautiful trees, & such a gorgeous sight to see first thing in the morning. The room was excellent, with generous amount of items for breakfast. The bath was amazing and great after a day of walks...

« Very relaxing with all facilities and cosy fire for the night »

« Même avec une arrivée tardive, une enveloppe nous attendait avec un mot de bienvenue. La chambre, King Edouard, nous faisait rêver la vie de nos chevaliers. Les chambres thématiques, c'est génial! »

« Absolutely wonderful time. Relaxing and had everything you need for a staycation. Easy delivery options. Cozy and lovely. Jazz music playing as I walked in made it all the more magical of an experience. Would definitely stay again!! »

« A beautiful place, spacious, well equipped with everything. Perfect for family with kids! »

« Nice motel in great location. Fantastic host on front desk.. ticked all the boxes... »

« The serenity of the place was amazing, the views of the golf course, nature and wildlife was incredible »

« Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

« La chambre était d'une propreté immaculée tout comme l'équipement de cuisine et la salle de bain. Endroit sécuritaire avec carte d'accès pour chaque étage. »

« For the price point of this accommodation it was very disappointing. The bathroom had no door to the shower causing the entire bathroom to be wet. No mirror above the free standing bathroom sink. Mirror in the bathroom was opposite the toilet! No milk supplied. Arrived at 3pm and the cottage was absolutely freezing taking over 1.5hours to warm up. Entry to the cottage was half way down the driveway and up a heavily overgrown pathway with no lighting at all. Needed to use our phones to see where...

« Chambre impeccable et personnel charmant »

« Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...

« Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

« Clean room with a small kitchenette and microwave and cutlery. Always handy if you don’t want to go out for dinner. Staff always friendly and welcoming. And love that you can park your car in front of your room. We stay here often and it’s always been good. »

« Room is clean, front desk staff is friendly. »
