Hôtel près de Jardins botaniques Dominica, Roseau, Roseau

« We had a great stay at Villa Copthall. The hotel has such a lovely welcoming vibe. The staff was so kind and helpful. They volunteered lots of information and ideas for things to do in the area. Thank you to Ricky and Herman for all the nice things they did to make our kids smile. The pool and the view was great as well. Lots to do in the area. Get an AWD car to explore the surroundings. »

« Perfect for me as a business traveler. Came with a washer/dryer in one unit! 5 minute walk to a supermarket. Hostess was fantastic. I had questions on my first day and she walked me through how to operate certain things. I have advised my company that we will be working with her in the future. »

Repas : petit-déjeuner / déjeuner /dîner excellent : Temps d’attente vraiment long. Manque de professionnalisme chez une employée »

« I had a pleasant stay but the only thing was that when I booked the number of kilometers in the center and the hotel was not accurate »

« Did not have a good experience. I felt bullied by the receptionist and manager. »

« This is the best place to stay near Trafalgar Falls. Berkey is the best host ever and his cottage is right in a natural paradise with flowers mountains all around… Don’t miss the opportunity to relax in an authentic location in Dominica! »

« Emplacement idéal et accessible, communication fluide, personnel agréable. »

« Very nice property, I was impressed with the room and staff »

« Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

« Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay ! »
