« We were there for a poker tournament and it was perfect location - the house was very nice - we actually liked the bed in the spare bedroom in the middle. The only negative is the backyard, it is all dirt so if it rains it’s mud - I would suggest they put in fake grass for at least 1/2 of the yard »

« The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and well-kept. We only stayed the night, so we didn't really take advantage of the amenities like games and the hot tub. We did not notice the instructions about parking until it was too late, but that was our fault. We would definitely stay again! »

« Great stay despite some bumps in the road. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He responded at midnight above a issues with the house abd did his best to fix it right away. We definitely recommend staying here. The location is perfect for getting around in the Austin metro area. The neighborhood is quiet, but still close enough to the happenings in the area. »

The communication with the host was outstanding—quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our visit and helped us to extend our stay. Bring extra bedding if you need it. This is an old house in an older neighborhood keep that in mind as you book this place. »
